The clinic has not designated a separate privacy department or role. Personal-data inquiries and complaints are received at dentalexpertos@hotmail.com, +57 300 893 8020 and the notice address stated above, and are directed to the data controller.

Information you share

This website has no registration, payment or medical-record upload forms. Contact links open WhatsApp, your email application or your phone application. Messages you choose to send are used to answer your inquiry and coordinate an appointment. Those services have their own privacy policies.

The public deployment uses Vercel hosting, which may process technical information such as IP address, requested path, time and browser to operate and protect the service. Hosting and external communication providers may process information outside Colombia, subject to the applicable safeguards and service conditions.

Photographs and image use

Photographs present the team, clinic and featured smiles or cases within the scope of the individuals’ authorizations. Authorizations are retained as evidence; contracts, signatures and identity documents are not published.

If you appear in an image, you may inquire about its use or request its removal through the privacy contact, identifying the page and photograph. Consent to dental care does not replace authorization for promotional use. Photographer rights and license conditions must also be respected.

Health information

Health data is sensitive. You do not have to provide sensitive data to browse this website. Share only what is needed to coordinate initial contact. Before sending medical records, documents or photographs, ask about the appropriate channel, purposes and applicable explicit authorization.

This notice does not replace informed consent to treatment or the data-protection documents and rules applicable to clinical care.

Your rights

You may access, update and correct your data; request evidence of authorization and information about its use; access it free of charge as provided by law; and request deletion or withdraw authorization where applicable. You may also complain to Colombia’s Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio after first completing the inquiry or complaint procedure with the controller where required.

Deletion is not unconditional: applicable legal or contractual retention obligations must be respected. Image-removal requests are assessed according to their circumstances and the individual’s rights.

Inquiries and complaints

Email dentalexpertos@hotmail.com, stating whether you are making a personal-data inquiry or complaint, your name, a reply channel and a description of your request. For a photo, identify its location. Identity or representation checks should use only necessary, proportionate information; do not send medical records just to identify a photograph.

Inquiries must be answered within 10 business days of receipt. If an extension is necessary, the reasons and new date must be communicated, with no more than 5 additional business days.

Complete complaints must be answered within 15 business days from the day after receipt. An explained extension, communicated to the applicant, may not exceed 8 additional business days. Missing information must be requested within 5 days; a complaint is deemed withdrawn if it is not completed within 2 months of that request. An incorrectly addressed complaint must be forwarded to the appropriate recipient within 2 business days and the applicant informed.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only as needed for authorized purposes and applicable legal or contractual duties. Specific retention periods for clinical records and other files must be defined in the institutional policy and comply with applicable law; this website notice does not establish or change those periods.

Published photo variants are optimized and master files are kept outside the website’s public directory. This does not prevent third parties from viewing or downloading published images.

Storage and external services

A session indicator is stored in your browser to avoid repeating the entrance animation during your visit. It contains no name or clinical information. WhatsApp and Google Maps open only when you choose their links.

This technical notice must be reviewed if the services or functions of the website change. The clinic’s institutional personal-data policy must be published or otherwise made available once it has been reviewed and approved.
